Windscreen Washer Kit (A Class)

3D printed Windscreen washer kit which I designed primarily for Mobilvetta K Yacht and Roller Team Pegaso van’s which have appalling screen washers.

The kit can however be fitted to any “A” Class van (Ducato, Boxer, Relay based) with the existing washers hidden behind the bonnet mounted on the body scuttle below the windscreen.
The kit is fully assembled with adjustable nozzles ready to go. Just remove your existing washer nozzles and fit the BOSS end into the original hole in the bodywork. Attach the rest of the kit to the wiper arms as explained in the instructions and you’re done. The washer nozzles are adjustable to fine tune the spray pattern just where you need it. The 3D printed parts are made of ASA, and the piping is EPDM. Both these materials are fully UV resistant.

NOTE If you are unsure it will fit, send me some pictures of the front of your “A” Class van, and I can confirm that it will work on your model. If the Boss unit that fits into your original washer nozzle hole needs to be a different size, I can redesign it to fit your particular model, it’s not a problem.
